Course Position Announcements
Camp High Rocks,
a private boys camp in Western North Carolina, has instructor
and director openings for it's High Ropes Course facility.
Our course consists of 18 high elements at 25 and 45 feet. Staff
will lead campers through ground school, processing, and debriefing
the experience.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate cabin groups through the challenge course, team building,
processing, and initiatives. Male staff would also serve as
a cabin counselor for group of 6 boys.
Qualifications:
At least 19 years of age or rising college sophomore. Applicants
should have experience with challenge course facilitation. Preference
given to those with more extensive leadership, processing, and
rescue skills.
Benefits: From
$250 to $400 per week for the nine week season, depending on experience
and qualifications. Room, board and laundry are included.
Training courses available in late May.
