All of us here at Camp High Rocks would like to extend to you and your son a most sincere welcome! We look forward to our association with you this summer and will do our best to make your son's stay with us a happy and rewarding experience.  The parents' section is intended to get you all the information you need, help answer most of your common questions, and make you feel at ease. We welcome your phone calls and e-mails if you have further questions or concerns.

Parent Pack Details and Camper Forms

Our "Parent Pack" goes out every February with all the details about bringing your son to camp including: travel information, medical forms, packing list, ideas for trunks, and even a "Parent Guide." Our pack incldues additional information from vendors that we have found helpful and try to keep to a minimum.

  • Parent Guide -This handbook will be sent to you in the spring along with other important information. It contains most everything you need in regards to sending you son to Camp High Rocks. You can veiw all of the infomation here on our site.
  • FAQ's -A section dedicated to answering our most frequently asked questions.
  • 2011 Camp Store Pre-Order Information - (2012 Information will be up the end of February) Check out the items you can pre-order for your camper to have in his cabin on Opening Day! This is also in the Parent Pack, but you can go here to see pictures, information, and download an order form.

Camper Forms for Download

The following forms will be mailed out in February with other Parent Pack information. WE NEED A COPY OF EACH OF THESE FORMS FOR EVERY CAMPER (5 FORMS TOTAL). You can now fill out all of these forms on your computer, if you like, or you can use these links to just print them. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR COMPLETE INSTRUCTION ABOUT FILLING OUT AND SUBMITTING FORMS ONLINE.

All five forms should be in our office by May 15th.

Again, you can:

  1. Use the forms we send out in March's Parent Pack. Fill them out and mail them to us.
  2. Use these links below to print the forms, fill them out, and send them to us.
  3. Use the links to save the forms on your computer, type out on your computer, then submit them via e-mail or by mail as described below.

All of these forms are in Adobe Acrobat and can be read on your computer using the FREE Adobe Reader. Please be sure you have Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher to fill-in these forms. You will then be able to fill-in these forms and submit them directly to us. ATTENTION MAC USERS!!! If you use an Apple, Mac, you must save these files and then open them in the Adobe Reader 8.0 (or higher) software on your computer. If you open them in your Safari browser and then fill them out, several issues can occur including your inability to submit the forms . If you have questions, please call or e-mail Don Gentle, don@highrocks.com. He will be happy to help you out. You can not fill these out on the current Adobe Ipad, Iphone, or Adroid Reader apps that are available.

The following forms can be filled out in Adobe Reader and submitted straight to us by clicking the "Submit" button on the form and following the instructions. No further details on your part will be necessary.
